The Supreme Court judgment on the recent FCA Court case has been announced and we are awaiting the detailed judgment later today, which will then be distilled into a set of declarations.
However, the headline to note is as stated by the ABI, “Customers who have made claims that are affected by the test case will be contacted by their Insurers to discuss what the judgment means for their claim. All valid claims will be settled as soon as possible.”
