We are excited to announce that BHIB have been shortlisted for the ‘Investment in Company Culture’
category in the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards 2019.
The event will take place on the 10th
April 2019 at the Café De Paris, London.
This award focuses on purely customer service in the insurance and broker markets. It benchmarks success, innovation and positive business change for the customer.
During this last year we have worked closely with a range of Councils, particularly our shared Council, Blaby District Council
, to offer our support to the local area through holding presentations, hosting training sessions and giving risk management and insurance advice. BHIB also have a great relationship with NALC
, meaning we are able to collaborate with their teams and keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and guidelines.
